Faq

Bulk purchase Self-Assessment Exams are the same practice tests that individual test takers can purchase on the PSI Online Store, PSI's test taker-facing e-commerce platform featuring practice tests, test prep and materials for various PSI-administered exams.


Unlike items purchased on the Online Store, however, bulk purchase practice tests are assignable to individual test takers and offer shools and program directors the ability to customize who receives both the access emails/notifications and score reports.

In the PSI Online Store's Group Sales Portal, test takers and access email recipients must be assigned to an item at the time it is added to the cart. You may have up to 250 individual items in your cart at checkout.


Access Emails, Notifications and Score Reports — each practice test purchase triggers the assignment of a series of unique values assigned to a specific test taker. The test taker designated by way of the First and Last Name fields for a given practice test is the "assigned test taker." The email notification, access links, and post-test score reports for the practice test will be sent to the email address entered along with the test taker's First and Last names.

Test Takers — Provide the First and Last Name of the test taker to whom the practice test is to be assigned. A unique ID and password granting access to the practice test will be assigned to the test taker.


Access Recipient Email — Provide the email address of the person who should receive all notifications about the practice test, including access emails and post-test score reports.

Assigning Additional Test Takers — Purchasing the same item for multiple test takers is easy.


After adding an item to your cart and verifying the item details, close the Add to Cart popup and enter the next test taker's information.


When you've added all desired test takers for a given practice test, you may navigate to another item, view your cart or proceed to checkout.

In all cases, the person who places the order will receive an order confirmation from the PSI Online Store that includes the order details for all items purchased during the transaction.

Sending access directly to test takers — to send access and score reports directly to the test taker, include the test taker's email address in the Access Recipient Email field on the product page.


Sending access to a Program Director / Admin — to send access and score reports to a member of your organization, include the intended recipient's email address in the Access Recipient Email field on the product page.

PSI and the PSI Online Store are happy to accommodate tax-exempt organizations. If yours is a tax exempt organization, it is important that you notify PSI of your exempt status prior to completing your purchase.


If your order is completed and sales tax is applied, any refund request associated with sales tax must be made directly with the state in which the tax exemption resides using the State's Sales and Use Tax Refund Form. PSI does not issue refunds under any circumstances to tax-exempt organizations in the event that sales tax is paid when placing an order.


If your organization has already been set up as a tax exempt customer in our system, please sign in and place your order normally. You should see that taxes are not applied to your order.

Group Sales users with Admin-level user accounts have the ability to add and remove users from their school or program's company account.


1. Go to your Account page via the My Account link at the top of the page

2. Users with Admin rights click the User management link in the left-hand navigation menu

3. In the User management screen, click the ADD NEW USER button near the top right of the page

4. Assign your new user access and a user role

    • Junior Buyer — can submit Shopping Lists to other buyers for approval. Junior Buyers cannot make purchases on their own. This role is useful for Company employees that require approval to make purchases for their business.
    • Senior Buyer — can approve Shopping Lists from other buyers or create their own. Senior Buyers can also place orders on the storefront and view Company order history. This role can be used for Company managers that regularly make purchases on behalf of their business, or who oversee a team that creates purchase lists to be approved.
    • Admin — In addition to the actions available to Senior Buyers, Admins can manage other aspects of their Company account, such as setting up business addresses, adding new users, and paying invoices. This role should be assigned to individuals that manage the entire Company account.

In the event that your organization would prefer to provide test takers with voucher codes redeemable for a single practice test attempt, bulk purchase Practice test vouchers may be made available for distribution to test takers. Practice test coupons/discount codes, sometimes referred to as "bulk purchase vouchers" are prepaid individual discount codes meant for use by an individual test taker to purchase a practice test on the PSI Online Store website.


Importantly, practice test voucher codes are:


  • Not assignable to a specific test taker

  • Not redeemable for purchases in the Group Sales Portal (aka this site)

  • Intended for one-time use, individual purchases

  • Prepaid by you at the time of purchase

  • Valid for one year from the date of voucher purchase

Exam vouchers give your test taker a discount on purchasing their actual exam booking. Exam vouchers are only applicable to the test taker's actual certification exam. Please contact your client services advisor for further details.

If an access email from LXROrders@goAMP.com is not received within 10 miuntes of the order confirmation, first check junk and spam folders, as on occasion, the access code emails will end up here. If the notifications were not delivered, please verify the email address of the person you are sending to. Be sure to check for any misspellings, spaces or dots that may not have been in the email you intended to send to and contact your client services representative with the following details for the person needing access:


  • Your order confirmation number
  • Test taker's first and last name
  • Access code recipient's email addresss
  • Product name or SKU from the order confirmation

If you cannot locate your order confirmation, please provide your representative with the credentials you used to make your purchase. Once your purchase has been confirmed/details are received, your client services representative can generate new access credentials at no additional charge.
